Not your usual marketing business
We set up OneGTM with the aim of creating a new type of service provider for the B2B tech sector – one that combines the insights and expertise of a strategic go-to-market consultancy with the creativity of the best agencies and the commercial savvy that comes from real world, client-side experience. We wanted to be the supplier that we wished had existed when we were wearing your shoes.
We’re based in London, but from humble beginnings in a small office near Tower Bridge, we’ve grown to serve a global client base with customers spread across Europe, North America and Asia. The projects we deliver range from country-specific to truly global programmes.

Managing Director and Head of Consulting
Prior to co-founding OneGTM, Phil accumulated wide-ranging ‘client-side’ experience in the technology and communications sectors. His CV includes new business sales, running enterprise account teams, leading an alliance development function, heading up marketing teams, leading a large-scale digital transformation programme, and running a SaaS business. This diverse experience gives Phil an in-depth understanding of the different facets of the go-to-market mix, and an appreciation of what it really takes to build pipeline and close sales.
As OneGTM’s MD, Phil has consulted with many of the tech industry’s leading brands on their GTM strategies and plans and likes nothing better than getting stuck into a thorny go-to-market challenge.
Outside of work Phil is a music nut with an eclectic taste but a particular passion for soul and jazz. He’s also a West Ham season-ticket holder and a keen skier.
Head of Creative and Delivery Services
Tim ditched his suit and jumped over from the client side 20 years ago. He’d spotted the opportunity to set up a B2B agency that delivered the perfect mix of client understanding, strategic expertise and cut-through creativity. In his previous life, Tim had been Marketing Director for several tech companies, building brands, running campaigns and driving sales.
At OneGTM, Tim heads up the creation and delivery of award-winning strategies, propositions and plans that build our client’s go-to-market success.
In his spare time, Tim’s a bit obsessed with the Thames – from drinking in its many riverside pubs to wobbling, sorry, running alongside it and bobbing along it in his boat.
Head of Client Services
Olivia moved to London from Melbourne, Australia, in 2018 and joined the OneGTM team almost immediately. Before her arrival, Olivia worked with both start-ups and large enterprises to build and execute aligned sales and marketing plans. Her experience spans B2B companies across tech, professional services and scientific research sectors.
At OneGTM, Olivia manages the smooth delivery of client projects. This involves aligning OneGTM’s strategic, creative and go-to-market teams with key client stakeholders, ensuring everyone and everything works perfectly.
Away from the office, Olivia enjoys winning at tennis, excelling at skiing and travelling as far and wide as she can. She’s also somewhat insatiable about devouring all the delights London to offer.
Jackie lives in Mellor, part of Lancashire’s Ribble Valley in an old farmhouse. Her first job every day is to let out the Chickens and our ‘adopted’ Ducks; "Pancake and Spring-Roll" were hand reared when a fox killed their mum, so they now live with and think they are Chickens…although they could fly away, they prefer to live with us in the “Hen Hilton!
Jackie’s background started working at 16 to help run her parents' accident repair shop. She worked amongst ‘the lads’ learning everything from welding to paint spraying, then running the stores and the offices...handing out the wages on a Friday night in cash in brown paper envelopes was an eyeopener for a 16-year-old school leaver! This has led to her spare time hobbies including riding her motorbike and her love of cars.
Jackie progressed through various industries as Office Manager, Practice Manager, to more recent roles as fully Operational Manager, picking up skills, qualifications and experience along the way and doing everything from Accounts and Finance, HR, to HSE, and thoroughly enjoys the wide variety of the role. She likes to be the ‘go to’ person for everything and anything she can provide support for at OneGTM.
Business Development Director
Since graduating from Aston University in 1990 in Management & Computer Science, Paul has spent the last 30 years in the tech industry. Working for Hewlett Packard, Wang Systems, through to building and managing the UK North Channel for Sun Microsystems thriving and iconic dotcom business during the internet boom of the early 2000s. Paul’s experience spans the tech worlds of infrastructure, managed services, the cloud and ecommerce software.
At OneGTM, Paul heads up the business development aspect of the agency, building mutual winning alliances with forward looking and ambitious companies and their people.Outside of work he's currently learning Spanish, trying to keep up with his languages teacher wife and languages grad daughter who've had the upper hand when abroad for way too long.
Senior Market Analyst
Vicky has worked for many years in B2B marketing, mainly client side in market insight and business strategy roles. So she understands client drivers and what is needed to deliver a successful project.
Since joining OneGTM, Vicky has used her experience in delving into new markets to provide valuable insights for our clients, covering everything from market trends and drivers, to vertical business challenges and competitor capabilities.
Outside of work, Vicky is kept busy with family life (or is that keeps her family busy?), always has a craft project on the go (is this how she keeps her family busy?), and likes to get out in the fresh air (perhaps it gets a bit stuffy inside with so much activity).
Having spent 24 years living and working in a variety of countries across Europe and Asia, Philippa has a wealth of international marketing experience in the tech, telecoms, energy and education sectors. Building plans and defining propositions – strategic, product or channel – are at the heart of what she does.
Since returning to the UK, Philippa has used her global and multicultural insights, alongside her experience across a range of product development, management and marketing roles, to help OneGTM clients achieve their go-to-market objectives.
Away from her desk, Philippa loves cooking and eating (food, presumably), particularly in foreign climes! She’s also happy with her head in a good book (reading, presumably) or visiting the theatre (and going inside to see a production, presumably).
Senior Go-to-Market Consultant
Jennifer has spent more than 20 years working across Europe and the US, in a variety of senior product management, proposition development and marketing roles. Tech and innovation are her absolute passions.
As a senior consultant at OneGTM, Jennifer helps clients define, clarify and articulate their propositions.
When not working, Jennifer likes whizzing about on bits of wood (skiing), watching people sweat under hot lights (theatre), spending time in her kitchen (cooking) and hosting the occasional murder mystery party (we know, but hey, different is good).
Senior Go-to-Market Consultant
Marina has spent over 13 years consulting with some of the world’s leading tech, telco and pharma brands. She has a wealth of retail and industry expertise in both the UK and the Middle East, delivering turnaround results for established multinationals and launching start up services from zero.
At OneGTM, Marina helps clients define, shape and communicate their value propositions. She loves the intellectual stimulation of identifying and solving client challenges and translating strategy into creative ideas and actions.
When she takes a break, Marina can often be found on her yoga mat (presumably doing yoga, but who knows?). She enjoys spending time in nature (that’s time, not a penny), going on adventures with her young family (do they have a choice?) and photographing everything (slide shows on request).
Iris moved to London in 2015 to carry out her university studies in BSc Business Studies at CASS Business School, followed by an MSc in Strategic Marketing at Imperial College London. She joined the OneGTM team upon graduating from Imperial in 2019.
At OneGTM, Iris is part of the consulting team. She is responsible for planning client marketing campaigns to meet objectives and scope, supporting the delivery of a broad range of consulting projects, and overseeing the agency's internal marketing.
Outside of work, Iris is a foodie. There is nothing she likes more than discovering new, delicious dishes, especially if they are paired with beautiful locations. She enjoys stand-up comedy and has a diverse taste in music ranging from EDM to Rock & Roll.
Following an MLitt in management at the University of St Andrews, Fang has been seeking an opportunity in a dynamic working environment. Before joining OneGTM, she was devoted to helping technology start-ups thrive by applying her market research and analytical skills.
At OneGTM, Fang assists in delivering market insights via conducting and interpreting various kinds of market analyses for both internal members and clients.
Outside of the office, Fang actively joins karate training programmes in different cities and enjoys travelling simultaneously. On every trip, she collects unique pieces and share them to her family in Taiwan.
Sarah has worked in the design and advertising industry for many years. Her sector experience is broad, from finance & banking, education, luxury property, sports & leisure, automotive, fashion & retail and FMCG. She's worked closely with some key brands.
With a background in both advertising and design, mac and marker are ‘even stevens’ as she combines conceptual thinking with a passion for design. She likes a good brief, a good challenge and to push the boundaries. She delivers strong, strategic, creative work for our clients.
Without a mouse or Sharpie her hand, Sarah’s interests are anything involving animals and outdoors and food.
Head of Copy
Working on brands from every industry sector for numerous award-winning agencies, Jonathan has been copywriting for over 20 years. He’s crafted creative concepts and mulled bons mots for the some of the world’s biggest brands. With experience encompassing go-to-market campaigns, branding, ads, social media, websites, videos, DM, eDM, brochures, door drops, desk drops, radio, experiential, events, sales promotion and even speeches, he’s almost weaned himself off spellcheck.
Part of the OneGTM team since 2012, Jonathan is responsible for creating the go-to-market concepts and copy that engage customers, empower partners and drive sales.
Away from his desk, Jonathan can usually be found in a pub reading a book (hmmmm, not sure a menu qualifies as a book) or lurching around a tennis court reading victory in his opponent’s eyes.
Head of Video
Rob 17 years’ experience working in the TV industry as a director, producer and editor, on some of the best-loved primetime TV series for likes of BBCs 1, 2 and 4, C4, C5, ITV and Discovery. He then moved into the commercial sector, creating internal and external communications, videos and events, for some of the world’s biggest brands. Rob’s also been nominated for a BAFTA and won an EVCOM and RTS award.
He’s responsible for our videos.
When he’s not working, Rob loves messing about in water (sailing, maybe, or is it bubble bath and plastic ducks?), charging around mountains on his mountain bike (got that purchase right, then) and running round the woods in pursuit of more speed with his dog Indie (or should that be in pursuit of his dog Indie who has more speed?).
Creative Services Manager and Designer
Before joining OneGTM, Dipinder worked in a number of sectors, including fashion and property management, with clients such as BSKYB and Kingston Technology. A highly-skilled graphic designer, she’s passionate about creating engaging and innovative design solutions. Her skills span branding and identity, digital and print marketing, and layout design, not to project and social media management.
Dipinder is responsible for managing the creative team and designing strong, engaging, creative solutions for our clients.
When she’s not at her desk, you can find Dipinder reading (we don’t know what, either) or starting up a new home DIY project (we daren’t ask whether she actually finishes any).
Tamara has enjoyed a successful career in project management, working for B2B and B2C marketing agencies in London and Yorkshire, across a variety of sectors. She joined the OneGTM team in August 2017.
With a passion for the written word, Tamara has become well-versed in the art of proofreading and copy-editing and is a stickler for accuracy and thoroughness. She is responsible for overseeing the smooth delivery of client projects, with an attention to detail that borders on manic.
Outside of the office, Tamara enjoys cultural city breaks, skiing holidays, horse riding, gardening and anything to do with food and drink (not darts, then).
Charlotte began her career client side, working in Software companies specialising in Business Intelligence. Starting in Business Development she soon found a passion for marketing and after successfully completing her CIM qualification embarked on a marketing career. Charlotte has worked on both the direct and channel side of business so brings a broad understanding of the client requirements.
Charlotte joined OneGTM in May 2021. She is responsible for overseeing the smooth delivery of clients’ projects whilst lending her marketing eye to improve effectiveness of client comms.
Outside of the office, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family, attempting yoga, reading and catching up with friends.
Client Project Manager
Following a post-university trip to South America, Rory was seeking a new and interesting marketing opportunity in London. After graduating with a BSc in Business and Management from the University of Liverpool, Rory gained marketing experience in the channel, working for a major distributor. This combination of skills and experience encouraged a move to OneGTM.
Rory is responsible for supporting client projects through market research, developing client content, along with managing planning and communications for client events.
Beyond the workplace, Rory enjoys playing football, cricket, tennis and golf on a seasonal basis. Outside of playing, he supports Brentford and is patiently waiting for their rise to the Champions League. Rory is also passionate about live music and travel, combining the two when possible.
Client Project Manager
Andrew graduated from UCL in 2019 with a BSc in Human Sciences and joined the OneGTM team in July 2020, where he promptly dazzled everyone with his enthusiasm and zest for life.
At OneGTM, Andrew supports the delivery of client projects, ensuring they run smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. He also supports our own marketing initiatives, putting his experience with paid media to good use. He’s also become the unofficial office IT support, which mostly amounts to turning things off and on again.
In his free time, Andrew is a big fan of baking (and consuming) cakes, fitness (in an effort to burn off said cake), and cocktail making (to forget about how much cake he ate).
Client Project Manager
In 2020, Tom graduated from the University of Oxford with a BA in English Language and Literature. His client-facing work experience in the legal sector and studying for the CIM Level 4 Qualification in Digital Marketing, both encouraged a move to OneGTM.
At OneGTM, Tom is responsible for supporting client projects on a day-to-day basis and ensuring projects are completed both on time and on budget.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys everything music - playing, listening and making - as well as reading anything from obscure Russian novels to Game of Thrones. He also enjoys playing football and cricket, and is patiently waiting for the OneGTM 5-a-side team to be set up.
Emilia graduated from the University of Birmingham with a BA in English Literature in September 2021. She focussed her studies on technology in literature, specifically the speculative presence of AI through a literary ethical approach. While at university, she developed her professional experience by undertaking an industry placement in marketing and PR within the arts sector.
At OneGTM, Emilia supports client projects to solve complex challenges, ensuring day-to-day deadlines are met and the project remains on-budget.Outside of OneGTM, Emilia can be found painstakingly taking care of her (too) many plants, lifting weights in her all-pink gym, and having adventures with her friends across the country. She also enjoys reading dystopian fiction and finds it scary when some of it comes true.
Daniel graduated in 2019 from the University of Leeds with a BA in Business Management. After his degree he moved to New Zealand for two years, where he gained marketing and project management experience while working in a start-up and a charity. A desire to combine his experience upon returning home led to him joining OneGTM in May 2022.
At OneGTM, Daniel is responsible for supporting client projects through managing timelines, co-ordinating project tasks and ensuring day-to-day deadlines are met.In his free time, Daniel loves any activity that gets his heart pounding and palms sweaty. From cycling round town to playing tennis and football, and even the odd out of town hiking adventure. He is aiming to keep hospital visits off his list of activities.
Client Project Manager
Jezelle joined OneGTM in 2021 following 6 years of experience in digital marketing and branding in the professional services and B2B tech industry. She previously managed multi-channel marketing campaigns and developed B2B comms strategies to increase engagement and help small brands build their brand awareness. Jezelle has received two recognition awards for business development and work ethics from the General Council of the Bar for her work in professional services.
At OneGTM, Jezelle works as a Client Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery with an emphasis on delivering marketing strategies, developing client content, and supporting marketing research and analysis.Outside of the office, Jezelle can be found practicing yoga and holistic self-care and documenting it on her social media. She has an active interest in philosophy and is passionate about supporting others in all aspects of life.
Senior Go-to-Market Consultant
Cath is a global marketing, business and technology savvy leader and consultant, with experience across small, medium and F500 companies in cyber security, storage and cloud technology. She has held board level roles in the UK and a number strategic marketing, channel and sales operational roles leading both Global and EMEA teams over 25 years.Cath is a strategic thinker with data-driven mindset and track record of transforming business operations to improve results. She is customer-focused, with a proven ability to drive strategy and execution across thought leadership, product marketing, digital marketing, alliances and the channel.
