Not your usual agency
We set up OneGTM with the aim of creating a new type of agency for the B2B tech sector – one that combines the insights and expertise of a strategic go-to-market consultancy with the best bits of a B2B marketing agency and the commercial savvy that comes from real word, client-side experience. We wanted to be the agency that we wished had existed when we were wearing your shoes.
We’re based in London, but from humble beginnings in a small office near Tower Bridge, we’ve grown to serve a global client base with customers spread across Europe, North America and Asia. The projects we deliver range from country-specific to truly global programmes.

Managing Director and Head of Consulting
Phil has wide-ranging ‘client-side’ experience in the technology and communications sectors. His CV includes new business sales, running enterprise account teams, leading an alliance development function, heading up marketing teams, leading a large-scale digital transformation programme, and running a SaaS business. This diverse experience gives Phil an in-depth understanding of the different facets of the go-to-market mix, and an appreciation what it really takes to build pipeline and close sales.
As OneGTM’s MD he’s consulted with many of the industry’s leading brands on their strategies, plans and propositions and likes nothing better than getting stuck into a thorny go-to-market challenge.
Head of Creative and Delivery Services
Tim crossed over from the client side 20 years ago to set up a B2B agency delivering the perfect mix of client understanding, strategic expertise and cut-through creativity. Prior to this he was Marketing Director for several Tech companies, where he built a range of experience building brands, running campaigns, and driving sales.
At OneGTM, Tim is responsible for the delivery and execution of strategies, propositions and plans to ensure our client’s go-to-market success.
In his spare time, Tim likes anything associated with the Thames – from drinking in its many pubs to running alongside it and navigating it in his boat.
Client Services Director
Olivia moved to London in 2018 from Melbourne, Australia, and joined the OneGTM team shortly after her arrival. Since 2013, she has worked alongside both start-ups and large enterprise organisations to build and execute aligned sales and marketing plans. This experience spans B2B companies across technology, professional services, and scientific research sectors.
At OneGTM, Olivia is responsible for managing the smooth delivery of client projects. This involves aligning OneGTM’s strategic, creative, and go-to-market team members and key client stakeholders to ensure all projects are delivered to the highest of standards.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys playing tennis, skiing and travelling, as well as making at the most of everything London to offer.
Client Services Director
Joseph’s spent over 15 years working within brand and marketing for a number of London agencies with both national and international clients across both B2B and B2C sectors. He’s responsible for the complete project lifecycle, from initial scope through to assets delivery and activation.
At the forefront of our client relationships, Joseph supports our clients’ teams, along with work closely with the strategy and design teams in managing both the wider aspects and finer detail of project delivery.
Outside of work, Joseph enjoys travelling, cooking and good wine – ideally all at the same time.
Senior Client Project Manager
Having first worked for us from 2009 to 2013, Lauren returned to OneGTM in 2017 after four years working as Marketing Manager for a national insurance broker. Her career spans B2B, B2C and not for profit marketing, and of course includes work for a number of technology companies.
Lauren is responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our clients’ projects, whatever their scope and deliverables. Her recent experience client-side reinforced her belief that clients deserve an agency team who take the time to understand the big picture, but also care about the little things.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys all things interior design, and getting out and about in the Berkshire countryside: walking, cycling and – as a foodie and wine lover – taking in a country pub at any available opportunity.
Senior Go-to-Market Consultant
Jennifer has spent more than 20 years working across Europe and the US, in a variety of senior product management, propositions and marketing roles. Technology and innovation are her absolute passions. As a senior consultant at OneGTM, Jennifer helps clients define, clarify and shape their propositions.
When not working, Jennifer enjoys skiing, theatre, cooking and hosting the occasional conspiracy/murder mystery party. Really!
Senior Go-to-Market Consultant
Marina comes from a research background where she spent over 13 years consulting with some of the world’s leading Tech, Telco and Pharma brands. Using market data to uncover insights and define strategy, Marina has a wealth of retail and industry expertise in both the UK and the Middle East, where she lived for 3 years. Commercially minded with a keen eye for new business creation she has delivered turnaround results for established multinationals and launched start up services from zero.
At OneGTM, Marina helps clients define, shape and communicate their value propositions. Ensuring they have everything they need to be successful, Marina loves the intellectual stimulation of identifying and solving client challenges and translating strategy into creative ideas & actions.
When she is not working, Marina can be found on her yoga mat, moving through a Vinyassa flow or contemplating the world from a headstand. She enjoys spending time in nature, going on adventures with her young family & photographing the two in combination.
Senior GTM Market Analyst
Vicky has worked for many years in B2B marketing, mainly client side in market insight and business strategy roles. She therefore understands client drivers and what is needed to deliver a successful project.
Since joining OneGTM, Vicky has used her experience in delving into new markets to provide valuable insight to a variety of clients, from market trends and drivers, to vertical business challenges and competitor capabilities.
Outside of work Vicky is kept busy with family life, always has a craft project on the go, and likes to get out in the fresh air!
Having spent the last 24 years living and working in a variety of countries across Europe and Asia, Philippa brings to the team a wealth of international marketing experience in the technology, telecoms, energy and education sectors. Building plans and defining propositions – strategic, product or channel - are at the heart of what she does.
Since returning to the UK, Philippa has used her global and multi-cultural insights, and her experience across a range of product development, management and marketing roles, to help a number of OneGTM’s clients achieve their go-to-market objectives.
Outside of the office Philippa loves food - cooking and eating, and preferably in foreign climes! However, she’s also happy with her head in a good book or visiting the theatre.
Prue has 20 years’ experience as a technical marketing lead at companies ranging from start-up to some of today’s biggest tech companies across IP martech, adtech and fintech.
Prue previously served as Product Line Manager, and then Solutions Manager at ARM Ltd, Product Marketing Manager at Global Graphic and The Access Group and then worked her way from Product Marketing lead to Global Commercialisation Director at Oracle.
At OneGTM, Prue leads qualitative market research across technical and mid-market sectors and employs her knowledge of these markets to inform strategy, and content for OneGTM’s clients.
GTM Analyst & Planner
After completing an internship within the field of Supply Chain & Procurement and just returning from 3 months travelling around Asia, Gabriella was looking for new marketing opportunities in London. Gabriella is responsible for supporting client projects through market research, developing client content, along with managing planning and communications for client events.
Graduating from Nottingham University with a degree in Geography, Gabriella was looking to utilise her research and creativity skills, which led her to apply for a position at OneGTM.
Outside of work, Gabriella enjoys getting involved in many sports, including: Sailing, Lacrosse and losing at Tennis and Mini golf. With a passion for travel she also loves exploring new places whether that’s visiting new areas of London and Milton Keynes or going abroad.
Sarah has worked in the design and advertising industry for many years. Her sector experience is broad, from finance & banking, education, luxury property, sports & leisure, automotive, fashion & retail and FMCG. She's worked closely with some key brands.
With a background in both advertising and design, mac and marker are ‘even stevens’ as she combines conceptual thinking with a passion for design. She likes a good brief, a good challenge and to push the boundaries. She delivers strong, strategic, creative work for our clients.
Without a mouse or Sharpie her hand, Sarah’s interests are anything involving animals and outdoors and food.
Head of Video
Rob has experience of 17 years working in the TV industry as a director, producer and editor, on some of the best loved primetime TV series for likes of BBC 1, 2 & 4, C4, C5, ITV, Discovery.
Rob then moved into the commercial sector, creating content driven, high-end internal and external communications, videos and events, for some of the biggest global brands in the world and has also been nominated for a BAFTA and won an EVCOM and RTS award.
A water baby from the outset, Rob loves the ocean messing about in the waves, charging across and down mountains on his mountain bike and running round the woods in pursuit of more speed with his dog Indie.
Head of Copy
Working on brands from every industry sector for numerous award-winning agencies, Jonathan has been copywriting for over 20 years. As well as OneGTM’s clients, he’s crafted creative concepts and mulled bons mots for the likes of Age UK, Aviva, Barclays, British Airways, AMEX, First Direct, Givenchy, Land Rover, Royal Mail, the Royal Opera House, Sony and Virgin Trains. With experience encompassing go-to-market campaigns, branding, posters, online and offline ads, social media, websites, videos, direct mail, eDM, brochures, door drops, desk drops, radio, experiential, events, sales promotion and even speeches, Jonathan has almost weaned himself off spellcheck.
Part of the OneGTM team since 21012, Jonathan is responsible for creating the go-to-market concepts and copy that engage customers, empower partners and drive sales.
Away from his desk, Jonathan can usually be found in a pub reading a book or lurching around a tennis court reading victory in his opponent’s eyes.
Creative Services Manager and Designer
Dipinder is a highly skilled graphic designer with industry knowledge in design, marketing and social media strategy. She is efficient, hard-working and a professional in her field. She is passionate about creating engaging and innovative design solutions, skilled in Branding and Identity, Digital and Print marketing, Layout design to Project management, and Social Media management. She has worked in many sectors such as fashion, property management and with clients such as BSKYB and Kingston Technology.
A key member of the OneGTM team, Dipinder is responsible for managing the creative schedule and designing strong, engaging creative work for clients.
If not at her desk, you can find Dipinder reading, writing or starting up a new DIY project at home.
Shishir is a qualified chartered certified accountant with over 12 years’ experience as a financial controller across the media, retail and recruitment sectors.
He currently enjoys looking after all accounting aspects of OneGTM, providing a firm financial footing for the continuing growth of the business.
A musician at heart, Shishir is also an avid football fan and a reluctant gym goer.
Since graduating with a BA in English from Royal Holloway College, University of London in the early ‘90s, Tamara has enjoyed a successful career in project management, working for B2B and B2C marketing agencies in London and Yorkshire across a variety of sectors. She joined the OneGTM team in August 2017.
With a passion for the written word, Tamara has become well-versed in the art of proofreading and copy-editing and is a stickler for accuracy and thoroughness. She is responsible for overseeing the smooth delivery of clients’ projects whilst lending her keen eye to the attention to detail.
Outside of the office, Tamara enjoys cultural city breaks, skiing holidays, horse-riding, gardening and anything to do with food and drink.
After graduation Charlotte began her career client side, working in Software companies specialising in Business Intelligence. Starting in Business Development she soon found a passion for marketing and after successfully completing her CIM qualification embarked on a marketing career supporting sales teams by building and managing marketing campaigns to drive sales pipeline. Charlotte has worked on both the direct and channel side of business so brings a broad understanding of the client requirements.
After the birth of her second child Charlotte began work as a marketing consultant which led her into the path of OneGTM and she began working with us in in May. Charlotte is responsible for overseeing the smooth delivery of clients’ projects whilst lending her marketing eye to improve effectiveness of client comms. Outside of the office, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family, attempting yoga, reading and catching up with friends.
Client Project Manager & Marketing Co-ordinator
Iris moved to London in 2015 and has university studies in BSc Business Studies at CASS Business School, followed by an MSc in Strategic Marketing at Imperial College London. She joined the OneGTM team upon graduating from Imperial.
At OneGTM, Iris is responsible for the smooth delivery of client projects ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget. In addition, Iris looks after all OneGTM marketing efforts.
Outside of work, Iris is a foodie, emphasised by her self professed addiction for cheeky burgers. There is nothing she likes more discovering new, delicious dishes, especially if they are paired with beautiful landscapes. She enjoys stand-up comedy and has a diverse taste in music ranging from EDM to Rock & Roll.
Client Project Manager
Following a post-university trip to South America, Rory was seeking a new and interesting marketing opportunity in London. Rory is responsible for supporting client projects through market research, developing client content, along with managing planning and communications for client events.
A graduate of Business and Management from the University of Liverpool, Rory also has marketing experience in the channel, previously working for a major distributor. This combination of skills and experience encouraged a move to OneGTM.
Beyond the workplace, Rory is into wearing orange T-shirts, sports, playing football, cricket, tennis and golf on a seasonal basis. Outside of playing, he supports Brentford and is patiently waiting for their rise to the Champions League. Rory is also passionate about live music and travel, combining the two when possible.
Client Project Manager
Andrew graduated from UCL in 2019 with a BSc in Human Sciences. Before joining the OneGTM team in July 2020, he has previously worked with a performance marketing agency, as well as many years of experience in the fitness industry.
At OneGTM, Andrew supports client projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring they run smoothly and are delivered on time. He is also heavily involved with our own marketing efforts, handling OneGTM’s paid media efforts and supporting with the maintenance of our website.
Outside of the (home) office, Andrew can be found baking waistline endangering cakes, exploring the latest gaming trends (from five years ago), and tries to find new ways of working out (that invariable lead back to the same spin class). In lockdown, he has also found a new passion for music editing and has found new ways to experience the soundtrack to his teenage years.
After graduating in Economics from the University of Porto, Maria joined NOS, one of Portugal's largest telecommunications & entertainment groups. During this 2-year experience, Maria deepened her interest in technology and marketing by looking after customer and tech market insight gathering and undertaking strategic business analysis.
Maria moved to London in 2019 to take her MSc in Strategic Marketing at Imperial College London, after which she joined OneGTM as a Go-to-Market Executive. At OneGTM, Maria supports client projects through market research and analysis, develops client content, and ensures projects run smoothly and are delivered on time.
When not working, you can find her everywhere but at home (provided we're not in lockdown). Maria is a sunlight lover who loves travelling and keeps track of every country and city she visits. She is also a (fun and delightfully weird) party and activity planning enthusiastic at OneGTM and her personal life.
In 2020, Tom graduated from the University of Oxford with a BA in English Language and Literature. His client-facing work experience in the legal sector and studying for the CIM Level 4 Qualification in Digital Marketing, both encouraged a move to OneGTM.
At OneGTM, Tom is a Go-to-Market Executive, responsible for supporting client projects on a day-to-day basis and ensuring projects are completed both on time and on budget.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys everything music - playing, listening and making - as well as reading anything from obscure Russian novels to Game of Thrones. He also enjoys playing football and cricket, and is patiently waiting for the OneGTM 5-a-side team to be set up.
Jackie lives in Mellor, part of Lancashire’s Ribble Valley in an old farmhouse. Her first job every day is to let out the Chickens and our ‘adopted’ Ducks; "Pancake and Spring-Roll" were hand reared when a fox killed their mum, so they now live with and think they are Chickens…although they could fly away, they prefer to live with us in the “Hen Hilton!
Jackie’s background started working at 16 to help run her parents' accident repair shop. She worked amongst ‘the lads’ learning everything from welding to paint spraying, then running the stores and the offices...handing out the wages on a Friday night in cash in brown paper envelopes was an eyeopener for a 16-year-old school leaver! This has led to her spare time hobbies including riding her motorbike and her love of cars.
Jackie progressed through various industries as Office Manager, Practice Manager, to more recent roles as fully Operational Manager, picking up skills, qualifications and experience along the way and doing everything from Accounts and Finance, HR, to HSE, and thoroughly enjoys the wide variety of the role. She likes to be the ‘go to’ person for everything and anything she can provide support for at OneGTM.
