We (that’s founders Tim Hallac and Phil Brown) identified the opportunity to deliver better results for clients by bringing together consulting expertise, industry experience, creative marketing talent and robust project management in a single team.
We created OneGTM because we believe that to succeed in today’s technology market requires a smarter go-to-market approach, where each element of the go-to-market mix is fully aligned, where channels are properly engaged and enabled, and where insight is combined with creativity to produce compelling propositions and campaigns.
With OneGTM we’ve built a team capable of delivering fully joined-up go-to-market programmes that are based on real-world market insight and a proper appreciation of what it takes to succeed with today’s well-informed B2B buyer.
Our consulting team have all held senior sales, marketing or channel roles in the technology and telecoms industries. Our marketing team offer the creative thinking and delivery expertise to bring strategies to life and ensure effective execution.
We began as The Channel Partnership but rebranded as OneGTM in January 2015 to better reflect the value we offer to clients – end-to-end support to deliver fully aligned go-to-market programmes. In January 2017 we merged with B2B marketing specialists, Mabox, to strengthen the team.
We’re proud of the fact that in 6 years we’ve built an impressive list of clients, including some of the leading brands in the technology and communications sectors. We’re even prouder that nearly all of the clients we’ve worked with have engaged us on multiple projects. So we like to think we must be doing something right.
In recognition of our recent work, in recent years we've also received a B2B Marketing award and won the CRN Best Channel Agency award.

Phil Brown & Tim Hallac
As OneGTM’s strategy and planning expert, Phil works closely with OneGTM’s clients to ensure they have the strategies, propositions and plans that underpin their go-to-market success.
Phil brings to the role a breadth of experience in the technology and communications sectors. As OneGTM’s MD he’s consulted with many of the industry’s leading brands. Prior to founding OneGTM, Phil had a successful career ‘client side’, which included managing new business and enterprise account sales teams, heading up a marketing function, leading a large-scale digital transformation programme, and running a cloud software business. This diverse experience gives Phil an in-depth understanding of the different facets of the go-to-market mix, and an appreciation what it really takes to build pipeline and close sales.
When not working, Phil’s something of a music nut – so if you've got a few hours/days/weeks to spare, ask him about his current favourite artists and tunes. He's also a keen skier, an enthusiastic (if limited) tennis player, and a long-suffering West Ham fan.
Tim crossed over from the client side 12 years ago to set up his dream agency, Mabox, delivering the perfect mix of client understanding, strategic expertise and cut-through creativity. In his previous role as Marketing Director of First Telecom, he grew the business from one of the new entrants in the deregulated market, to a successful European player prior to its sale to Atlantic Telecom. Tim also worked at Altodigital, guiding this online business support services start-up company to flotation.
At OneGTM, Tim is responsible for marketing delivery and overseeing client relationships. In addition to technology, he has particular expertise in the employment services, publishing and marine sectors.
In his spare time, Tim likes anything associated with the Thames – from drinking in its many pubs to running alongside it and navigating it in his boat.
Having first worked for us from 2009 to 2013, Lauren returned to OneGTM in 2017 after four years working as Marketing Manager for a national insurance broker. Her career spans B2B, B2C and not for profit marketing, and of course includes work for a number of technology companies.
Lauren is responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our clients’ projects, whatever their scope and deliverables. Her recent experience client-side reinforced her belief that clients deserve an agency team who take the time to understand the big picture, but also care about the little things.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys all things interior design, and getting out and about in the Berkshire countryside: walking, cycling and – as a foodie and wine lover – taking in a country pub at any available opportunity.
Olivia moved to London in 2018 from Melbourne, Australia, and joined the OneGTM team shortly after her arrival. Since 2013, she has worked alongside both start-ups and large enterprise organisations to build and execute aligned sales and marketing plans. This experience spans B2B companies across technology, professional services, and scientific research sectors.
At OneGTM, Olivia is responsible for managing the smooth delivery of client projects. This involves aligning OneGTM’s strategic, creative, and go-to-market team members and key client stakeholders to ensure all projects are delivered to the highest of standards.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys playing tennis, skiing and travelling, as well as making at the most of everything London to offer.
Since graduating with a BA in English from Royal Holloway College, University of London in the early ‘90s, Tamara has enjoyed a successful career in project management, working for B2B and B2C marketing agencies in London and Yorkshire across a variety of sectors. She joined the OneGTM team in August 2017.
With a passion for the written word, Tamara has become well-versed in the art of proofreading and copy-editing and is a stickler for accuracy and thoroughness. She is responsible for overseeing the smooth delivery of clients’ projects whilst lending her keen eye to the attention to detail.
Outside of the office, Tamara enjoys cultural city breaks, skiing holidays, horse-riding, gardening and anything to do with food and drink.
After completing an internship within the field of Supply Chain & Procurement and just returning from 3 months travelling around Asia, Gabriella was looking for new marketing opportunities in London. Gabriella is responsible for supporting client projects through market research, developing client content, along with managing planning and communications for client events.
Graduating from Nottingham University with a degree in Geography, Gabriella was looking to utilise her research and creativity skills, which led her to apply for a position at OneGTM.
Outside of work, Gabriella enjoys getting involved in many sports, including: Sailing, Lacrosse and losing at Tennis and Mini golf. With a passion for travel she also loves exploring new places whether that’s visiting new areas of London or going abroad.
Following a post-university trip to South America, Rory was seeking a new and interesting marketing opportunity in London. Rory is responsible for supporting client projects through market research, developing client content, along with managing planning and communications for client events.
A graduate of Business and Management from the University of Liverpool, Rory also has marketing experience in the channel, previously working for a major distributor. This combination of skills and experience encouraged a move to OneGTM.
Beyond the workplace, Rory is into sports, playing football, cricket, tennis and golf on a seasonal basis. Outside of playing, he supports Brentford and is patiently waiting for their rise to the Champions League. Rory is also passionate about live music and travel, combining the two when possible.
Graduating from Cardiff University with First Class Honors in Business and Marketing, Abbie moved from Cheltenham to London in 2019, intending to enhance her marketing and strategic knowledge. At OneGTM, Abbie is responsible for supporting client projects through market research, developing client content, along with managing planning and communications for client events.
She has spent time in China working for a beauty retailer’s Marketing Team, as well as managing internal marketing for a recruitment company as part of her placement in Cardiff.
Outside of work, Abbie enjoys playing Netball, eating out, a cool glass of gin, and ticking new countries off her travel list.
Iris moved to London in 2015 to carry out her university studies in BSc Business Studies at CASS Business School, followed by an MSc in Strategic Marketing at Imperial College London. She joined the OneGTM team upon graduating from Imperial.
At OneGTM, Iris is responsible for supporting client projects through market research, developing client content, along with managing planning and communications for client events.
Outside of work, Iris is a foodie. There is nothing she likes more than discovering new, delicious dishes, especially if they are paired with beautiful landscapes. She enjoys stand up comedy and has a diverse taste in music ranging from EDM to Rock & Roll.
Jennifer has spent more than 20 years working across Europe and the US, in a variety of senior product management, propositions and marketing roles. Technology and innovation are her absolute passions. As a senior consultant at OneGTM, Jennifer helps clients define, clarify and shape their propositions.
When not working, Jennifer enjoys skiing, theatre, cooking and hosting the occasional conspiracy/murder mystery party. Really!
Having spent the last 24 years living and working in a variety of countries across Europe and Asia. Philippa brings to the team a wealth of international marketing experience in the technology, telecoms, energy and education sectors. Building plans and defining propositions – strategic, product or channel - are at the heart of what she does.
Since returning to the UK in 2015, Philippa has used her global and multi-cultural insights, and her experience across a range of product development, management and marketing roles, to help a number of OneGTM’s clients achieve their go-to-market objectives.
Outside of the office Philippa loves food - cooking and eating, and preferably in foreign climes! However, she’s also happy with her head in a good book or visiting the theatre.
Matt has extensive experience in the delivery of large and complex go-to-market and channel strategies and the resulting measurable operational plans. He has particular strengths in helping clarify the outcomes organizations are seeking and understanding a customer’s viewpoint.
A long and varied career has allowed Matt to develop a broad experience that compliments his go-to-market skills, this experience has been built in roles including; VP Marketing EMEA for Canada’s largest software company, Chief Commercial Officer for a successful near startup, Senior Director Go-to-Market for a large product unit and head of CRM for a professional services firm.
Outside of work he enjoys exploring beaches and the countryside on long walks with his energetic beagle, maintaining his 1964 VW Beetle and seeing as much of the World as possible.
Vicky has worked for many years in B2B marketing, mainly client side in market insight and business strategy roles. She therefore understands client drivers and what is needed to deliver a successful project.
Since joining OneGTM, Vicky has used her experience in delving into new markets to provide valuable insight to a variety of clients, from market trends and drivers, to vertical business challenges and competitor capabilities.
Outside of work Vicky is kept busy with family life, always has a craft project on the go, and likes to get out in the fresh air!
Sarah has worked with us some years now and has recently made it official. She has over 20 years experience in a number of key creative roles within some award-winning London agencies. Her sector experience is broad, from finance & banking, education, luxury property, sports & leisure, automotive, fashion & retail and FMCG. She's worked closely with key clients such as Kangol, Diageo, Four Seasons and Pearson.
With a background in both advertising and design mac and marker are ‘even stevens as she combines conceptual thinking with an innate passion for design. She likes a good brief, a good challenge and to push the boundaries. She has a lead role in our creative team and delivers strong, strategic, creative work for our clients.
Without a mouse or Sharpie her hand Sarah’s interests are mainly film, anything outdoors and food, not forgetting a nice glass of red wine.
As Head of digital at OneGTM, Dan’s job is to oversee the specification, design, production and delivery of our digital projects.
Utilising a combination of his creative background and a sound technical understanding, he is able to connect our design studio with our development team to ensure collaboration and to keep us up-to-speed with the latest technological advances and design trends. Along with our Project Managers, Dan is also an important link between our internal teams and our clients.
Dan’s background includes setting up a motorsport sponsorship agency at Silverstone, running a through-the-line marketing agency, and managing an East London digital agency. This breadth of experience across multiple disciplines and working with clients across a broad spectrum of verticals, has given Dan the ability to apply his knowledge to almost any given situation.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys watching live music and supporting his beloved Spurs; when he’s not running around taking his six girls here, there and everywhere.
Has experience of 17 years working in the TV industry as a director, producer and editor, on some of the best loved primetime TV series for likes of BBC 1, 2 & 4, C4, C5, ITV, Discovery.
Rob then moved into the commercial sector, creating content driven, high-end internal and external communications, videos and events, for some of the biggest global brands in the world and has also been nominated for a BAFTA and won an EVCOM and RTS award.
A water baby from the outset, Rob loves the ocean messing about in the waves, charging across and down mountains on his mountain bike and running round the woods in pursuit of more speed with his dog Indie.
Working on brands from every industry sector for numerous award-winning agencies, Jonathan has been copywriting for over 20 years. As well as OneGTM’s clients, he’s crafted creative concepts and mulled bons mots for the likes of Age UK, Aviva, Barclays, British Airways, AMEX, Fujitsu, Legal & General, Royal Mail, the Royal Opera House, Sony and Virgin Trains. With experience that encompasses go-to-market toolkits, branding, posters, press ads, online ads, websites, videos, direct mail, eDM, brochures, door drops, desk drops, radio, event stands, sales promotion and even speeches, Jonathan has almost weaned himself off spellcheck.
Part of the OneGTM team since 2012, Jonathan is responsible for creating the go-to-market concepts and copy that engage customers, empower partners and drive sales.
Away from his desk, Jonathan can usually be found in a pub, reading a book or listening to anything from a Bach cantata to a Bird be-bop classic to a King Tubby dubplate.
Yasmin started her career as a singer, studying acting and musical theatre at The Royal Academy of Music. She moved into New Business after realising she had a flair for it and enjoyed talking immensely.
Yasmin is the voice of OneGTM and has been with the agency since 2006. Her role is to extol the virtues of the fantastic work and skills we provide. She has opened many doors and created countless opportunities across the various sectors we work in.
Outside of work, Yasmin sings in a metal band called Freaks of Nature, teaches singing and vocal fitness to 5–74 year olds, and also loves to hike in the Highlands
Shishir is a qualified chartered certified accountant with over 12 years’ experience as a financial controller across the media, retail and recruitment sectors.
He currently enjoys looking after all accounting aspects of OneGTM, providing a firm financial footing for the continuing growth of the business.
A musician at heart, Shishir is also an avid football fan and a reluctant gym goer.
Marina comes from a research background where she spent 13+ years consulting with some of the world’s leading Tech, Telco and Pharma brands. Using market data to uncover insights and define strategy, Marina has a wealth of retail and industry expertise in both the UK and also the Middle East, where she lived for 3 years. Commercially minded with a keen eye for new business creation she has a proven track record delivering turnaround results for established multinationals as well as launching start up services from zero.
At OneGTM, Marina helps clients define, shape and communicate their value propositions. Ensuring they have everything they need to be successful, Marina loves the intellectual stimulation of identifying and solving client challenges and translating strategy into creative ideas & actions.
When she is not working, Marina can be found on her yoga mat, moving through a Vinyassa flow or contemplating the world from a headstand. She enjoys spending time in nature, going on adventures with her young family & photographing the two in combination.
Dipinder is a highly skilled graphic designer with industry knowledge in marketing and social media strategy. She is efficient, hard-working and a professional in her field.
She is passionate about creating engaging and innovative design solutions, skilled in Branding and Identity, Digital and Print marketing, Layout design to Photography, Project management, and Social Media management. She has worked in many sectors such as fashion to property management and with clients such as BSKYB and Kingston Technology.
Just having started with OneGTM, Dipinder is responsible for managing the creative schedule and designing strong, engaging creative work for clients.
