A healthy return on investment of 583% for our Agent Campaign

‘Windulge’ was the impactful campaign devised for the Rezidor Hotel Group, launched in 2010. Its focus was on incentivising MICE agents to book at Rezidors portfolio of hotels. These bookings acted as entry submissions for the opportunity to win one of six indulgent treats around the world. Better still, all enquiries made via the website were valid for entry into a monthly draw to win one of five £250 Rezidor gift cards.

Working to a modest budget and a six-month timeline, we created an impactful integrated campaign, using personalisation technology to successfully sustain interaction and awareness of the campaign. To launch the campaign clients were visited by the Rezidor sales team with flyers, brochures, posters and even branded cupcakes, encouraging registration and promoting their personalised prize pages.

The promotion attracted 500 enquiries from new and existing clients, resulting in bookings from 25 new agencies and within the first three months of its launch, income generated directly from the campaign had gone into six figure sums – resulting in the promotion being extended into 2011. Since then it has generated a healthy return on investment of 583%.
