Director Phil Brown writes for B2B Marketing publication

Our Director Phil Brown was recently asked by B2B Marketing to write a chapter for their latest publication “Thought Leadership – A B2B best practise guide”. The publication provides an insight into the concept of Thought Leadership along with how to go about creating its content, distribution, delivery, and analysis. In particular, Phil looks at the role of thought leadership as part of an integrated go-to-market strategy, considers the key elements of a successful thought leadership programme, and looks at examples of companies doing it well today.

In a B2B context, Thought Leadership is about demonstrating you have deep understanding and unique insight about your own industry, the needs of your customers, and the broader environment in which they operate. Thought leadership has become a critical element in the B2B marketing mix across a range of market segments, particularly in industries where intellectual property is an important basis for competition.
