The climate crisis is probably the biggest long-term threat that humanity faces, and something that impacts everyone across the world, both on a personal level and from a business perspective.
We know it can only be addressed by a huge collective effort, and whilst there has been progress towards reducing emissions in recent years, we still have a mountain to climb if the Paris Agreement goal of keeping average temperature rises below 2 °C above pre-industrial levels is to be achieved.
At OneGTM we want to make sure we’re doing what we can to reduce our impact on the planet. We know that we all have our part to play in this collective effort and that every contribution is important no matter how small. That is why we are proud to say that we have signed up to become carbon-neutral, joining the efforts of Ecologi (formerly Offset Earth) and over 750 businesses who help combat the climate crisis every day by offsetting our carbon emissions.
By signing up to Ecologi, donations are used to support climate action projects around the world. Money is invested into projects that remove more greenhouse gasses than your own carbon footprint puts in, helping to achieve impactful carbon reductions. Projects include reforestation and rewilding initiatives, landfill gas capture projects and investment in renewable energy generation.
