Samsung reimagines and reconnects retail at NRF 2019

Challenging the doom and gloom overshadowing high street retailers, our latest client, Samsung (North America), is currently showcasing its new retail-focused campaign. Live until 15th January 2019 at the world’s largest retail conference and expo – NRF 2019 in New York – the campaign is all about the innovative use of advanced mobile technology and applications to reboot bricks and mortar retail businesses in the face of unrelenting online competition.

Entitled ‘Reimagining and reconnecting retail,’ the campaign highlights how Samsung’s powerful Galaxy ecosystem of mobile devices and retail-specific apps enable retailers to reconnect both their associates (shop floor personnel) and customers with more rewarding shopping experiences. The Samsung Galaxy range connects people to products, interactions to transactions, displays to wearables, and front window to back office.

As well as creating the key visual graphic for the campaign, we wrote and designed a series of pre- and post-event online banner ads – including a full page takeover – plus a sponsored email to attract interest, direct footfall to Samsung’s NRF stand and then drive traffic to Samsung’s campaign landing page.
