AboveNet provides high-bandwidth connectivity solutions for businesses and carriers throughout the US and UK.
The requirement
In 2010 AboveNet started a programme to expand its international network to key European markets, enabling customers to connect seamlessly between the US, London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Paris. Recruiting reseller and agent partners was a key part of its strategy to target these markets.
The project
OneGTM was appointed to support the creation and development of the European partner programme. This involved the development of the partner proposition and messaging framework, the delivery of a set of tools and resources to support partner recruitment, and the delivery of campaigns to raise awareness of AboveNet with the targeted organisations.
The outcome
Reaction to the launch of the partner programme was extremely positive. As a result of the success of this project OneGTM were engaged to support a much broader range of AboveNet's go-to-market activities.
